BHK offers two lines of mercury grid lamps: Standard & High Output.

High Output Grid Lamps offer as much as 2-3 times the energy level of our standard grid lamp and are used in applications where speed of
process is directly related to the amount of light intensity available. The primary requirement, is uniform, high intensity short wave UV radiation over a specified given surface. BHK Grid Lamps are made of high quality fused silica, synthetic fused silica (for maximum 185nm output) or ozone free fused silica. To ensure the best possible uniformity, with maximized intensity, BHK Grid Lamps are mounted and backed with the most efficient UV reflecting material available. A closely controlled manufacturing process, combining strict quality control with a detailed final inspection and testing process, ensures the highest quality and performance from all of our grid lamps. Standard sizes range from 4″ x 4″ to 16″ x 16″. Custom sizes are available upon request.
